Intro to Internal Family Systems (Zoom)
This online introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) group will explore the basic concepts of IFS for 12 sessions. It is appropriate for therapists, clients, spouses, partners, and any adult wanting to learn more about IFS. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This group is designed solely for your personal growth. It is NOT an official or accredited training program of the IFS Institute or its model. This group is intended exclusively as a personal growth experience and should be understood as such in all respects. We will be recording the sessions. Therefore, if you need to miss a session, recordings will be available. Attendance can either be Live, Recorded, or Hybrid.

Refund Policy: Once the participation fee is paid and the group has begun, it is non-refundable regardless of whether the participant completes the program or chooses to withdraw early. Exceptions to this no-refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as emergencies or other unforeseen events that significantly impact the participants ability to continue with the group. In that case, the situation will be assessed to determine if a partial refund is warranted.
